To protect the safety or our homes and our guests, please note that all vacation homes are equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras around the home, but are not located anywhere inside the home or in the pool area.

We require our guests to disclose the total number of occupants that will be on-site during the time of your reservation. Additional occupants are subject to our “additional occupant charge” of $100/night. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the cancellation or your reservation or the loss of your deposit at departure.
